The process begins with a free 45 minute consultation call via zoom which you book yourself via the link at the bottom. This is where you get to ask questions, share a little about your situation, and most importantly, feel into whether I’m the right fit for you. On this call, I listen carefully without judgement. I’ll ask you about what’s been happening, what you’ve tried before, and what you’d love to experience instead. Once you decide to go ahead, we'll find a mutually beneficial time to do the session. Once that's booked in, you'll get an email from me with a payment link to settle the deposit (via bank transfer or credit/debit card). On that email is also a pre session recording that you can start to listen to in order to prime your mind for the changes ahead. I'll also send you a form to sign to confirm that you understand the nature of our theraputic relationship and how you can expect to see the changes. At the time of booking, most of my clients say they feel a strange relief, as if the transformation has already started.
Now to the part everyone is curious about: the session itself.
We meet either online or in person here in Brighton, and we begin by having a conversation to settle your nervous system and to get really focussed on the changes you want to see. I’ll guide you into a deeply relaxed state, not asleep, but not in your busy beta brainwaves either. Think of it like that dreamy, floaty state just before sleep, where your conscious mind relaxes and your subconscious becomes more available.
