I totally understand. Who am I? I proud to say that I am an award winning clinical hypnotherapist using Rapid Transformational Therapy. I'm also the host of The Menopause Mindset Podcast and founder of The Sleep Super Power Academy. Alongside this, I teach wellness practitioners how to become Menopause Holistic and Wellbeing Practitioners via an online course.

In my spare time, I take street dance classes, walk my dog Joey and like to take a keen interest in healthy living. I live in Brighton with my husband who is a mental health nurse.
