A note from Sally...

I can't tell you the tears, the frustration and the loneliness I felt from not sleeping night after night.  There was even a part of me that used to 'test myself' to keep myself awake.  Insomnia is not just about sleep being elusive, it's all the mind games that you play with yourself around sleep. 

Truth be told, I wish I had some one like me all those years ago to help coach me through the process, but I learnt it all the hard way.  I couldn't even read books about sleep, because reading about sleep would make it worse.  Now I've developed such an awesome road map which helps me sleep every night, that I can comfortably talk about it without it affecting my own sleep.
