By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms. These are here to honour the safety of the group, protect the integrity of the work, and support a respectful, empowered experience for all involved.

1. Confidentiality & Group Ethics

This is a confidential space. You agree not to share or discuss any personal information, experiences, or identities of other participants outside of the group. Breaches of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the program without notice.

2. Peer Boundaries

This is not a peer-to-peer coaching space. We avoid offering unsolicited advice, diagnoses, or “fixing.” We speak from our own experience and allow others to do the same. Respectful listening and presence are more powerful than solutions.

3. Voluntary Participation

You are free to engage at a level that feels safe and right for you. All exercises and sharings are optional. You are encouraged to honour your own boundaries and nervous system throughout.

4. This Is Not Therapy or Medical Care

This program is for educational and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment, or medical advice. You are responsible for seeking external professional support if required.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content (live sessions, replays, audio, video, slides, and written materials) is the intellectual property of Sally Garozzo. These materials are for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Conduct & Group Safety

You agree to participate in a way that is respectful, non-disruptive, and mindful of the group field. Abusive, harmful, or unsafe behaviour will result in removal from the program at the facilitator’s discretion.

7. No Refunds — Transfer Policy

Please note that no refunds are offered for this program under any circumstances, including non-attendance or change of mind. However, you may transfer your place to someone else up to 48 hours before the course begins. This must be arranged by email in writing.

8. Assumption of Responsibility

By taking part, you agree to take full responsibility for your emotional and physical wellbeing. You understand that you participate voluntarily and release the facilitator from any liability for outcomes resulting from your engagement in the course.

9. Sovereignty & Empowerment

This work honours your autonomy. Everything offered is an invitation — not a prescription. You are encouraged to take what resonates and leave what doesn’t. You are your own authority, always.

9. Liability Waiver

By participating in this program, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and take full responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, and choices. You release Sally Garozzo and affiliates from any liability for outcomes resulting from your participation.
