Ugh!!! That feeling of not having slept well is absolutely horrid and a bit scary, right?. I know, I've been there. I've had chronic sleep issues and it ain't a pretty sight.
If sleep eludes you rest assured that you are not alone. Lack of sleep seems to be on the rise these days (probably due to screens) and I feel that a lot of us are literally FORGETTING HOW TO SLEEP, so, in essence, we need to re-learn one of the most natural skills innately within us.
One of the biggest things I've learnt about sleep is that you can't tackle it from a 'mind' point of view you have to tackle it from a 'body' point of view, because MORE THINKING is the problem, not the solution.
