Hello Hello Hello. This is for you: **If you think your weight might be to do with underlying emotions. **You find it hard to accept yourself exactly the way you are. **You don’t understand why you keep reaching for food that’s not good for you. This is part 2 of a 3 part series called REPROGRAM YOUR MIND FOR WEIGHT LOSS that I've designed to help you understand why you over eat, why you hold onto weight and what you can do about it. If we blame ourselves for the weight we're carrying, we perpetuate self loathing which in turn, causes us to self medicate with food and the cycle of disempowerment continues. We will never lose weight if we punish ourselves. The key to shedding weight is to understand why it's there and in doing so, accept ourselves, surrender to what is and work WITH the rules of the mind, not against them. In this video I talk more about the 3 traps that you most likely have fallen into. Once you understand them you can be more in control of them.
