"Released on my own record label, Eight Records, Earth meet Heaven!" is a very important album to me because it started to come together at a time when I could have easily lost my way in life and crumbled with depression and anxiety. It's creation, along with my friends and spiritual teachers (especially Jennifer Alexander), gave me the strength to pull through. But not only did I pull through, I am now happier than I have ever been. The positive messages that I received from these people, my guides and heavenly helpers, have all been channelled into these lyrics and music. It such a wonderful time to be alive at the moment. There is just so much beauty and potential. Since I decided to come away from a restrictive relationship, terrified as I was, the most amazing opporunities have started to happen. I thank the 'soulmate' in question for helping me to bring me closer to the divine part of myself so that I can exist more in alignment with who I am. In the next breath, I must also thank Alan Lowles (Airtight Studios Manchester) who has worked with me on the musical part of this album. He has understood my desire to create beautiful chord changes, powerful beats and bass lines and magical harmonies (working tirelessly to mix them all, not an enviable job!). He has taken my basic piano skills and turned my ideas into a reality I have only dreamed about. And of course I have to thank Ant Davey (Airtight Studios Manchester) who was involved orginally. I hope you connect with the material and, if you are going through challenges, use them to empower yourself.

In April 1999 I met a wonderful woman called Francis at an NLP course I was on. We became very very good friends with a special bond. It was beyond words, the love was very deep. Because of our deep love, sometimes there were jealousy issues especially with another female in her life. Anyway, this didn't become apparent until the other woman she came back from a long trip abroad, the Christmas of 1999. I decided I had to let Francis go and so on 31st Dec 1999 we spent an amazing New Years Eve together in Greenwich, the home of the meridan line. New years day we went to Avebury in Wiltshire, my favourite place on Earth and on the way back, knowing this was the last day I would see her, I sang all my songs that I had written, totally accappella. She loved it and made me make a promise to her that I would fulfil my music career and no matter what emotion I was experiencing, I was to channel it all into my songs. I made that promise and we painfully parted ways. Exactly a year and 4 months later, Francis got killed on a yachting accident in New South Wales, this was the exact day that I started my training to become a singer/musician at London's vocaltech. It was like her in the physical work was done.

Not expecting to recieve messages from Francis 8 years later, my spiritual teacher picked up on her presence around me. You see, I have a neighbour who had just moved in and who reminded me of Francis (there is a similar attraction) and Jennifer (my teacher) said that Francis had sent Nicola to me to rmind me of her. 2008 was the year that Francis was to return as my spirit guide for my music career. Francis used to live at number 26 (2+6 = 8) and I live a 17 (1+7=8). She was 35 when she died (3+5=8). . My locker number at the gym is always 8. 2008 was her year to come in. The name of her road was Copers Cope Road and the surname of the most significant and catalystic relationship in my life to date was 'Cope'.

Francis is overseeing my music career and helping me to be 100% committed to it. In this physical life, she couldn't help me as I wanted, but in the non-physical she can. Only now can she understand how much I loved her when she was alive and knowing that she is with me now is the greatest gift I could ever have.
